I got into a car accident on a late Friday night and I called a few lawyers on Saturday and none of them called me back except for Mr Austin he was very nice,professional and sounded like he knew what he was talking about and I live in Tampa and I didn't realize that they were located in Palm Harbor but I didn't even have to leave my house for anything which was awesome because I was in a lot of pain and so he just sent me the paperwork and I just signed it on my phone so that was super cool and all the people in the office were really nice I was going through a lot of things besides the car accident so the people in the office were very helpful to me at that time.
