Settlement Tendered For Client, After Extensive Research to Circumvent an Exclusion in the At-Fault Insurance Policy

I was T-boned by an inattentive Uber Eats Driver in August of 2025. A friend suggested I call an attorney, and Roman Austin was one of several I contacted.
