John Austin
Trial Attorney & Cyclist
As an avid cyclist, I’ve witnessed the life-changing impact that road safety can have. That’s why I’ve pledged to follow the rules of the road and advocate for a safer, more respectful environment for all who share it. 'Not Just A Cyclist' is more than a movement—it's a CALL TO ACTION. By taking the pledge, as a cyclist, you are telling drivers you share in the responsibility of road safety, and you are committing to following the rules of the road. We believe this pledge will, in turn, make vehicle drivers pay closer attention to SHARING THE ROAD with cyclists, so that together, we can create a safer environment for everyone. TOGETHER, WE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE.
Release Waiver: By participating in any Not Just A Cyclist event, I acknowledge and assume all risks associated with cycling. I agree to follow all traffic laws and ride safely on my own accord. I release Not Just A Cyclist, Roman Austin Car Accident and Personal Injury Lawyers, their employees, volunteers, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from my participation. I understand event organizers are volunteers, not professionals, and that I am responsible for my own safety, equipment, and decisions. Additional waivers may be required for specific events. By participating, I agree to these terms.
