The Full Story

My name's Jim, and I've known Mark for a long time. We actually went to high school together, and he said, "I hope you never need me, but if you ever do need me, give me a call."

And unfortunately, I was pulling out of a parking lot in Clearwater, and I was waiting to turn into traffic. An individual behind me was not paying attention, and he accelerated while I was stopped and slammed right into me.

It was a scary process at first, and Mark and his staff helped me understand the process, helped calm me down, and helped me understand that they were going to be there for me.

Anytime I had a question, I'd get a phone call back. Anytime I had an email, I'd get an email back. And Mark was continually inquiring as to how you're feeling, how it's going, how the treatments are going, and he was really focused on getting me better, getting me as healthy as I possibly could be.

So I got to tell you that we have now settled the case, and I'm continuing to get treatment, and I'm going to do the things I can do to make my life better, but Mark Roman and the Roman Law Group [now Roman Austin], they were wonderful.
