The Full Story

Juan: My name is Juan. We were driving from Tampa to Holiday. I was the passenger, and I was asleep, but my wife was driving, and we were coming on 54. Somebody crossed our path, and so we T-boned the other vehicle.

Patricia E., Juan's wife: My car was destroyed, and I was really hurt. My hands, my back, and my neck were really bad.

Juan: I got some damage to my knee and my shoulder, and I got the seatbelt mark all over here that took about three months to go away. Black and blue all over me.

Patricia: We were kind of confused. We didn't know what to do. The attorney, Roman, came to our home and talked to us, and they made it easier for us.

Juan: It was wonderful for me. They treated us with respect, everything, very concerned about our situation. Every question that we had, it was answered. It was very helpful in every area. Our medical bills were extensive because I had to have surgery, and the settlement paid that and also paid for our medicines, for everything that we had there, so it was very, very good.

Patricia: With the accident, I wasn't able to go back to work full time, and with the settlement, I was able to cut my hours.
