The Full Story

The day of the accident was a very good day. I started my shift around 5 a.m. I got into my car, pulled out on the 580. There was quite a long line of traffic.

As I looked up at my rearview mirror, I saw one car behind me. Next thing I know, all three cars just slammed right into me.

I was in shock. It was the next day, when I got up, that I realized I'd better call somebody, because this is not going well.

I felt like I'd been run over by a Mack truck. My mobility has changed. I can't walk very well. It's, like, aged me overnight.

I was scared out of my wits. I just had to put my trust in this firm, and they did me right.

I saw the empathy that Mr. Roman had in his eyes when he said, "I'm going to help you." And I believed in him.

They kept me informed, and that's half of the battle right there, is knowing that these people are in your corner and they're trying their best to do the best for you.

And they made me feel, and I still to this day feel, like part of the family. And it was overwhelming that these people went to battle that deep for me.

I never regretted walking in this door. They changed my life. I could actually take a deep breath now, and I owe it all to Roman Austin.
