My name is Nicole, and my husband and I were taking our kids out for the evening, and we were in an accident. Car pulled out of nowhere, and it was a T-bone accident.

My daughter had a neck injury, my son had a foot injury, my husband had back and knee injury, and I had neck and back injury.

We started to really worry the day after, and that's when we thought, "Maybe we should just talk to somebody and see." Mark and his staff are some of the most compassionate people I have ever met in my life.

They made everything very easy, went through everything step by step to make sure that we understood everything that we were doing.

And every time I called, I never went to a voicemail. They always picked up the phone. I've even had Mark call me and just ask how I was doing, which was an amazing thing.

They really make you feel like family. It just helped us to be able to get back on our feet, get our bills paid that we were behind on, and to be able to look towards the future.
