Cyclist Injured in Delivery Driver’s Turn, Extensive Recovery and Litigation Ensue
Cyclist Crash Case. The client was riding his bicycle on Gulf Boulevard in a designated bike lane. A delivery driver without warning turned into his lane striking the cyclist and knocking him to the ground. He suffered neck and back injuries but the main injury was a fractured clavicle and scapula that required hospitalization and surgery. Ultimately he required a second surgery to remove surgical hardware.
